Online Counseling During the Coronavirus

I’m providing online counseling throughout California.

For many of you, Covid-19 hit like lightning out of nowhere,
and your anxiety and depression have gone through the roof.

Do you relate to any of these?

  • Your self-care routine has gone out the window.
  • You’re no longer on a healthy, structured schedule.
  • The hours and days are starting to blend into each other.
  • The financial insecurity is taking its toll on you.
  • The strain of all of this is greatly affecting your relationships.
  • The information is constantly changing, and you feel increasingly discouraged and hopeless, with no end in sight.

You are at a breaking point. This is not coming from the real you. The amount of stress these circumstances has put on you is unbearable. You need an outlet, and a toolbox to navigate these unprecedented times.

Yes, I am interested in talking with Kirstin, and seeing how she can support me at this time.

Now you realize more than ever that you need to talk to someone, and I can help.

Fortunately, therapists and clients are now able to “see” each other virtually through secure video platforms on your phone, tablet, or laptop. We can also connect through a voice call, if you prefer no video. In our video or phone sessions, you will get a safe, discrete space to lay it all out on the table.

Your security and safety are my priority. I have taken great measures to make you feel comfortable and secure. Just as in meeting at my office for therapy, I will expertly guide you, going at a pace that you’re comfortable with. I will gently lead you toward the life you’ve always wanted, but didn’t know how to find.

There are 2 ways to go during this crisis:

  • Get support and a plan to emerge stronger on the other side of this.
  • Or stay in fear, worry, and anxiety.

Here are the benefits of us working together:

  • Build a toolbox for navigating relationships
  • Learn how to manage your anxiety
  • Discover your triggers, and how to catch them before they cause disaster
  • Develop a self-care plan, and how to make sure you get it
  • Find the ability to maintain a healthy perspective, even when the world around you is falling apart
  • Grow into compassion for yourself, and be able to forgive yourself for past mistakes
  • Master identifying red flags in relationships, so that you can take appropriate action before
becoming deeply involved with unhealthy people
  • Empower yourself to set boundaries—you will stop saying “yes” when you mean “no.”
As you do this, you will feel less resentment toward people for taking advantage of you.

The fruits of our work together will be with you the rest of your life.

With the financial uncertainty of this crisis, you may think you need to postpone therapy. However, can you really afford to? Your mental health is crucial to help you get through these unprecedented times. With the people in your life looking to you for support, you need to fill your own cup first. You can not be there for anyone without your own internal stability.

I’m offering discounts for those who need it. Schedule a free phone consultation to inquire.

Yes, I need support. And I am ready to meet Kirstin, to see if we’re a good fit.
