In-Person and Online Attachment-Based Therapy for Trauma, Relationships, Couples, and Parents
Many people come to therapy because they understand a great deal about themselves, yet still find that longstanding relationship patterns, emotional reactions, or painful experiences affect how they feel about themselves and connect with others. Looking at the relationships that shaped you can help make sense of why certain reactions and ways of relating are so difficult to change.
The five areas below reflect much of the work I do with clients. They are listed separately, but they often overlap in people’s lives. You may recognize yourself in one, or in several.
Whether you have a sense of which type of therapy might be helpful or are unsure where to begin, a free 30-minute phone consultation is a chance for you to share what is bringing you to therapy, get a feel for how I work, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
